We, literally, came across this business by accident l, and I am very happy that we did.

We had one of the Alpha team do an inspection and measurements for replacing our ancient tilt garage door. We were expecting it to be deemed too difficult or too expensive as we have previously had quotes from three other companies that basically said that it would better to knock the garage down and rebuild.

The Alpha team took their time with the inspection and spoke to us clearly about our options and the benefits of each option.

A formal quote was provided the next day for removal of the existing door and replacing it with a automated roller door, including wifi control.

We accepted the quote and paid an initial deposit of 50%.

Five days later three young guns turned up, took down the old door, installed two steel posts, with the roller door on top.

The installation is of a high quality, the work site was cleaned thoroughly and we are very pleased with the end to end process from initial contact to installation over a very short period of eight business days.

Alpha Garage Doors replaced a broken spring and an old motor a couple years ago and everything has worked without issue.

However, after a recent service the door started creaking. Nicole responded very promptly and sent someone out the morning of the call. Michael was great - assured me that everything was still mechanically sound and that a bit of lubrication was all that was required. He even took the time to show me the location of the bearings so I'm able to do it myself in the future.

They've got a good crew.

A Great Honest and Reliable Service! I had a small issue with my old garage remote installed by another provider. I have never written a google review, but... One of the springs on the garage door snapped. Of course it happened on Friday afternoon! Even though no-one was available the same day, booking was made for late Monday, but rescheduled to earlier time. From the initial call to completion of the job, the experience was stress free and highly professional. Jacob texted ahead to say he was on his way, arrived on time, was super professional and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend and most definitely will use them again if the need arises!

Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend. Even though I was way outside their service area, Talia was super helpful in finding spare parts for my garage door.

I needed to swap out a sectional door to a roller door. Was super easy to deal with the team and installation was great. Even when we had a slight issue with the door a few months in (most likely caused by some bad winds), the guys came out the next day, without a fuss and addressed it. Highly recommend these guys.

I recently got in touch for some advice to troubleshoot a problem with a motor installed earlier this year - immediately a technician was scheduled to investigate, made some adjustments to fix the issue and provided advice on what we'd do next if it happens again.

Everyone from first contact with the office, the guys who did the install and the technician that came out today have been great to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly - thank you for the great service!

Tahlia is the most helpful person to come across when finding an emergency trade situation like a stuck communal garage door. She guided me through the whole process and the problem was rectified in minutes, she went out of her way to suggest all the ways to fix it with no regard for trying to send people out like 99% of businesses do. Wow is what first comes to mind.
I rarely find a service company who are proactive,fast and responsive to my needs. From the office to the technician, this is a very well-oiled machine.
Alpha will certainly be the company I recommend for any Garage Door issues. Having replacement parts and a new, more powerful unit with them on the service call made this a one-visit call out.

Door and motor installed promptly and professionally. The guys did a great job on the day and the customer service was excellent.

The lovely guy came and we realised the door didn't need replacing just a good shove to get it working. Which he happily did. No charge. when it finally dies I will go back to them.

Dimitri explained to my husband and myself that they would check over the door for safety and the remote control was explained to us in such an informative manner as we had no idea it was a battery controlled switch.
