Door and motor installed promptly and professionally. The guys did a great job on the day and the customer service was excellent.
The lovely guy came and we realised the door didn't need replacing just a good shove to get it working. Which he happily did. No charge. when it finally dies I will go back to them.

Once complete, the team synced the garage remotes and walked us through the entire process. Sensational service from a sensational team - would highly recommend them.

Dimitri arrived with his work partner leading up from keeping us informed of time arrival.Dimitri explained to my husband and myself that they would check over the door for safety and the remote control was explained to us in such an informative manner as we had no idea it was a battery controlled switch.As our door did not need any adjusting we were so impressed with the verbal navigation pointers and safety on our double roller door as we have never had a double garage or double garage roller door before👍👍👍Thank you Dimitri and partner for a reassuring us on the safety mechanisms of our double roller door, very much appreciated.Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year🎄⭐️

Victor and Simon were amazing!! I have an old Merlin motor and they managed to re program new remotes, that was a little challenging in the beginning, but they both managed to get the job done. I Highly recommend Alpha garage doors, especially Victor & Simon.

Victor came to provide a quote for a new garage door, as others were telling me it needed to be replaced. Victor looked at it and said, although old, it still works.
