Initially at least a good service, with a prompt phone call back to lock in a quote from a trade-person who turned up the same day . He stated they would arrange a quote that afternoon or the day after. Never heard back from them - clearly they put the job in the "too hard basket" or it just didn't suit them to do it. I do not recommend doing business with this company. (Funnily enough - unless the quote was outrageous I would have given them the work !!)

Did an urgent job for our Owners Corporation In Templestowe Lower on 23/10/20.Talia very easy to deal with, 2 techs arrived that same night, replaced broken springs, serviced door, identified and replaced a fraying cable all on the same night.Very impressed.Had them back since in June 2024. Victor came to provide a quote for a new garage door, as others were telling me it needed to be replaced. Victor looked at it and said, although old, it still works. They would call me back shortly after a missed call, even though I didn't leave a message and intended to call back later. I appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail.They did a full replacement of my wonky tilt door to an automatic roller door. The technicians from quote to installation were highly knowledgeable and professional.
