I have never written a google review, but... One of the springs on the garage door snapped. Of course it happened on Friday afternoon! Even though no-one was available the same day, booking was made for late Monday, but rescheduled to earlier time. From the initial call to completion of the job, the experience was stress free and highly professional. Jacob texted ahead to say he was on his way, arrived on time, was super professional and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend and most definitely will use them again if the need arises!
l was very happy with the prompt and friendly service from Alpha garage doors, from the phone call with Talia ,who was very nice and helpful on the phone and Jacob who came out the very next day on time and serviced my door and the motor. Would highly reccomend them,very happy. Jacob was very profesional,punctual and friendly👍

I needed to swap out a sectional door to a roller door. Was super easy to deal with the team and installation was great. Even when we had a slight issue with the door a few months in (most likely caused by some bad winds), the guys came out the next day, without a fuss and addressed it. Highly recommend these guys.

Tahlia is the most helpful person to come across when finding an emergency trade situation like a stuck communal garage door. She guided me through the whole process and the problem was rectified in minutes, she went out of her way to suggest all the ways to fix it with no regard for trying to send people out like 99% of businesses do. I couldn't be more thankful. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
Wow is what first comes to mind.I rarely find a service company who are proactive,fast and responsive to my needs. From the office to the technician, this is a very well-oiled machine.Alpha will certainly be the company I recommend for any Garage Door issues. Having replacement parts and a new, more powerful unit with them on the service call made this a one-visit call out.
Initially at least a good service, with a prompt phone call back to lock in a quote from a trade-person who turned up the same day . He stated they would arrange a quote that afternoon or the day after. Never heard back from them - clearly they put the job in the "too hard basket" or it just didn't suit them to do it. I do not recommend doing business with this company. (Funnily enough - unless the quote was outrageous I would have given them the work !!)
The lovely guy came and we realised the door didn't need replacing just a good shove to get it working. Which he happily did. No charge. when it finally dies I will go back to them.
Had a faulty garage door motor. Discussed with Tahlia who gave all the information I needed to replace it. The motor was replaced the next day and works so much better than the old one. Excellent service
Did an urgent job for our Owners Corporation In Templestowe Lower on 23/10/20.Talia very easy to deal with, 2 techs arrived that same night, replaced broken springs, serviced door, identified and replaced a fraying cable all on the same night.Very impressed.Had them back since in June 2024. Great people (Ben, Asaf and staff) to deal with, they know their stuff.Highly recommended

Once complete, the team synced the garage remotes and walked us through the entire process. Sensational service from a sensational team - would highly recommend them.
We used alpha garage doors to install a standalone roller door. From the initial quote through to fitting the roller door we had a great experience. Alpha was prompt with providing a quote (which was competitively priced), communicated throughout the process and the guys who installed the door did a great job. Victor and Simon were amazing!! I have an old Merlin motor and they managed to re program new remotes, that was a little challenging in the beginning, but they both managed to get the job done. I Highly recommend Alpha garage doors, especially Victor & Simon.
Victor came to provide a quote for a new garage door, as others were telling me it needed to be replaced. Victor looked at it and said, although old, it still works. The problem is the plaster from the roof had dropped causing the problem. Victor made some minor tweaks and fixed the problem! Thanks Victor. You saved me a lot! 👍
